Browsing this website

Cloudflare hosts the site and processes connection information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect it. Fonts and images are hosted with the site. Websitestuff does not add its own advertising pixel, analytics collector, sign-up form, payment form or embedded AI chat. The booking tool loads only when you choose it; its separate processing is described below.

The homepage uses session-only browser flags to remember whether the introduction has played and any motion choice you make on this site. Normal visits start the introduction and decorative motion automatically. Reduced-motion preferences use a short still fade introduction and a stationary strip. Pause and replay choices stay in this browser session. These flags are not advertising identifiers. See Cloudflare’s privacy notice for its processing.

Booking a call

Choosing Book a call opens a Calendly scheduler inside this website. Its script and embedded scheduler load only after you click. Calendly processes connection details and information you enter under its privacy notice. You can close the scheduler or email Jake instead.

Email enquiries

Email links open your email application; nothing is submitted by this page. If you email, Gmail processes the message and attachments, and Jake uses the information to respond, discuss a scope and manage the enquiry. Google and its providers may process information outside Canada. See Google’s privacy notice.

Do not send passwords, payment details or confidential client files in the first message. Marketing enquiries are not automatically sent into an AI workspace or another business system by this site.

Client work and AI tools

Before project information is put into ChatGPT, Claude or another tool, we agree the permitted information, business-owned accounts, access and appropriate settings. Naming an AI product on this website does not embed it here or authorise uploading your business records to it.

Keeping records and handling requests

Enquiry and project records are kept as needed to respond, carry out agreed work and maintain necessary accounting or dispute records. The project’s record-handling arrangements are discussed before client work. No automatic deletion schedule or indefinite storage promise is made by this website.

Email Jake about access, correction, deletion or another concern. A request may need identity or authority checks and must account for records that still need to be kept. Please do not send identity documents unless an appropriate process has been agreed.
